Tenant Improvement
The first phase of the project was to install a 15' (4.6m) x 7' (2.1m) multiglide BIG DOOR by @andersen_windows on the second floor. The door unit comprises of 3 contemporary clad wood panel doors with a gliding screen & 8" of wall furring sistered to the exterior 2x4 wood stud wall to accommodate the BIG DOOR width.
Most importantly, this would create an amazing user experience that allows for more natural light, increased ventilation opening & an extension of the interior space to the outdoor space when all operational doors are stacked open. Most suitable for in-home gatherings considering the connection to the existing hot tub & the large east decking for guests hang out.
